SHOLA JIMMY IDIAGBON (Chairman)
SIJ as he is fondly called, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SIJ Global. He graduated with a major in Computer Science from Kwara Polytechnic, after which he proceeded for a post-graduate degree in International Business Management at the Malta Institute of Management. He has travelled extensively, and accrued professional skills. Worthy of mention was the role he played in repositioning Intertechnica, a financial firm in Malta. He has also successfully brokered services for reputable companies, organizations and institutions, in Project Management, Business Development and Merger & Acquisitions.
His unquenchable thirst for learning led him to enrol and get certified in Interfaith Conflict Resolution, and Conflict Analysis with the United States Institute of Peace. SIJ brings with him years of experience of sound financial and business acumen towards proffering dynamic ideas –ideas which he ensures are followed through, from concept to completion.
SIJ Global is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria with operational offices in the United States, United Kingdom & United Arab Emirates. His visionary leadership led to the creation of SIJ Global Group, which is a holding company that works in synergy with international investors/partners to identify and develop opportunities globally.
SIJ Global is focused on Energy, Raw materials, Agriculture, Sustainable Power generation, IT Management, Real Estate and architectural superior designs, with highest quality standards.
In his spare time and when he is not with his family, SIJ is an avid philanthropist with a penchant for giving, as demonstrated through his non-governmental organization, SIJ Foundation.
He said; “The issue of economic anomalies in Nigeria and Africa at large continues to gain unresolved status owing to the fact that resources that could correct these errors are not readily available and where available, not equally distributed. The above has denied thousands of Nigerians to necessities of life like food, clothing, shelter, education and other important facilities.”
SIJ Foundation is a philanthropic organisation whose vision is to build and sustain an institution where living will be made suitable for all and sundry. The goal of SIJ Foundation is ” to be our brothers keepers” with education ranking high amongst our objectives. Our ideology is steadfast with the belief that – if you are in a position to improve the lives of your fellow man, do so.
The Foundation with its plan to do more has singlehandedly installed motorised boreholes, erected solar energy poles. In addition, it makes donations to orphanage homes, distributes school materials to students and awards scholarships

DR. BUKOLA OLOWO (General Manager)
Bukola Olowo is a graduate of Zoology from the premier University of Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria. She also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot Watt University Edinburgh, Scotland. In addition to this, Bukola is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Law School, having enrolled for and undertaken certified courses on negotiation.
She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom. She has also attended several trainings and seminars in the United Kingdom, Dubai and United States.
Bukola Olowo has vast experience in the real estate industry and financial sector. She has served in these sectors in different capacities and has had a wide range of exposure within a very short period. She is highly skilled in strategic planning, marketing strategy, improving operational efficiency, team building, business management, investment management, Project Management, building relationships with key clients, government officials.
Before joining SIJ Global Limited, she held various top positions at a reputable firm. Her area of activity covers coordinating the strategy and success of business development, marketing and client relations in the different business groups.

ANTONY .O. TOBI (Head, Legal Department)
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Delta State University, after which he was called to the Nigerian Bar.
As a Legal practitioner, he had worked with several law firms before setting up his private practice.
His focus is on general litigation and the areas covered include criminal law, oil and gas law, mergers and acquisitions law, corporate law, family law. He advises companies on how to legally protect their intellectual property, patents, trademarks and copyrights, through proper interpretation and implementation of the Law. Prior to his appointment with SIJ Global, Barrister Tobi acted as legal counsel for several organizations, local business and possesses vast experience in the field of corporate legal affairs
As a Legal practitioner, he had worked with several law firms before setting up his private practice.

MORGAN SAFOAH MARTINEZ (Business Executive)
Morgan Safoah Martinez was born in Ghana and has lived in the United States for 38 years.
She is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of Information Technology industry experience and she has over the years, built deep expertise in infrastructure design and deployment, quality management, and IT services for large organizations with both domestic and global footprints across six continents. She has built multiple businesses within and outside the shores of the United States with particular interests in Africa where her investment interests can be felt and seen in major cities on the continent for the sole reason of employment generation and social re-engineering in Africa.
Over the years, Morgan has worked with various for- profit and non-profit organizations including various government organizations and agencies around the world but more specifically, her business interests and experiences are:
